We began using Supra in January of 2020. From the outset i have found them to be very professional and above all responsive to our needs and requirements. Although some might see the cost saving as the main reason to use international call agents this is in fact in some ways incidental to the other benefits. We have a personal relationship with our account manager who monitors call quality and when i have any concerns regarding quality and training will move quickly to rectify any problems we have.
